A Space for Reflection & Growth

Individual therapy is a collaborative, one-on-one process that supports healing, self-understanding, and personal growth. It is a space to slow down, reflect, and explore how past experiences shape the way you feel, relate, and move through the world today. You are not broken—you are becoming.

The past influences how we love, grieve, cope, and understand ourselves. Many people find themselves navigating unspoken emotions, cultural expectations, or a complicated sense of belonging. As a second-generation Asian American therapist, I understand how layered these experiences can be. Culture and family can be powerful sources of resilience, love, and sacrifice—yet they may also shape how we protect ourselves, express emotions, and connect with others.

I offer individual therapy in San Diego and online throughout California, supporting adults navigating anxiety, trauma, cultural identity, and life transitions.
